József Attila műveit úgy olvasom, mint a szent könyveket, és néha, mintha a saját gondolataimat látnám leírva. Az előadással az volt a célom, hogy bevonjam és továbbgondolkodásra késztessem a nézőt – mondja Hobo, aki a bemutató óta bejárta az egész országot és a határon túli magyarlakta vidékeket is, és több, mint négyszázötven alkalommal tolmácsolta a költő gondolatait.

This year, the 90th anniversary of the death of Dezső Kosztolányi, the Literarium series focuses on one of the pivotal oeuvres of modern Hungarian literature.

Eternally youthful even at 80, Géza Bereményi is one of the most colourful personalities on Hungary’s contemporary literary and cultural scene. A first-rate novelist and the director of now-classic films, Bereményi has also, and not least of all, proved to be a unique songwriter and lyricist with an unlimited font of inspiration and a personal stage presence that is an experience in itself.
