Henry Purcell’s 1688 work Dido and Aeneas, based on Virgil. This concert performance relating the tragic tale of the ill-fated Carthaginian princess has additional thrills in store for the Müpa audience in the form of the world-famous Hungarian soprano and national treasure Emőke Baráth as she takes on the female lead.
